C'est La Vie.
I have had an interesting life. I can't really fault many things in it. I have tried many things and regret very few of them. I would rather regret the things that I have done rather than not have done them at all. C'est moi.
As I said briefly I am the oldest child of Peter and Barbara, two great parents. I have a beautiful and intelligent if slightly too mature younger sister Frances and through her marriage to Steve I have gained a Step Niece, the equally lovely Kirsty.
I now live in the Var district of the South of France with Bruno and Skippy. I first moved to France back in 2002 to be the secretary of the Managing Director of a yachting company and through that got to see a lot of the World. Now I work for a tourist resort near my home in Callian. Callian is explained in more detail in its own section, just briefly it is a hillside medieval village. I grew up like most children who have at least one parent in the Forces, moving from school to school, enjoying most of Europe as a child until my family finally settled in a small village in the North of England. As a child I visited such places as Austria, Venice, Paris, Germany and more, the travel bug bit me strongly as did the spirit of adventure...
In 2000 I went off on my own to San Francisco and from there to enjoy the delights of the BURNING MAN festival (See Links), then later came Miami, Palm Beach and then France and Asia.
Now I am settled and consider myself to be one of the luckiest people in the World. I have a partner who loves me and a family who do the same. I have more than enough room in my heart for all of them and any new members that may come along either as family or friends. I have my own home in Callian, a job and the love of my life. What more could anyone desire? I enjoy life as much as possible, although I am by nature a solitary person.
My interests linger strong towards witchcraft, travel, mythology, the things in life that prevent us from truly growing up. Some say I will never grow up, that I am still childlike - I truly hope so. I am alive, a free spirit and although I have my serious side I want the child in me to live forever. Let people remember me as they will, as a child, a man, a brother, son, lover...
